Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our clients, we follow the policy below for canceling a reservation.

Reservations for airport service require a 6 hour notice.

Reservations for 2 hours of service or less require a 24 hour notice.

Reservations for more than 2 hours of service require a 48 hour notice.

A credit card deposit is required to hold a reservation; payment will be collected at pickup. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) certified checks and cash.
